Terms Of Agreement

 

The Franchise Agreement is generally for five years which normally ties with terms of Lease of shop premises. A renewal for further periods, in multiples of five years will be available, free of charge to all Franchisees where there are no current breaches or non-observance of the Agreement.

The agreement may be assigned (sold) with the written approval of Bushmans Bakery.
